The band is finally back together and plenty to discuss in another big week in WA running.

In this episode:

- Dan lacks a bit of motivation but still completes a solid week, as he looks forward to some extended time off work, more family time and pro running hours.
- Sinead enjoys a consistent week of easy running, cross training and her very first beer!
- Matt continues his solid mileage, but feels the fatigue of an added strength and mobility program and a nasty Sunday long run in the hills with two of Perths best climbers.

Friday saw us host the inaugural WARP Community run at Kuljak Island. Thank you to all who made the effort to attend and make it such an enjoyable afternoon. We'll have to do it again some time!

Interview

We were very lucky to get the opportunity to chat with Jesse Hunt, the West Australian who's been turning heads in the mens national 1500m scene over the summer. We discuss his early days at Karrinyup Little Athletics and John Septimus Roe, his time as a college athlete at the University of North Carolina and his recent personal bests as a professional athlete for the OAC Oceania team.
