"If you look at [menopause] in a positive way, you could do anything," says Michelle Jacobs, co-founder of Womanness, a wellness brand dedicated to supporting women going through menopause and perimenopause. "The women I have found are happiest at this time look at it as an opportunity and not the end of something. And that's really what Womanness is all about." When her longtime friend Sally Mueller started to struggle with the unexpected symptoms of menopause, Jacobs and Mueller decided to team up to create real solutions. They reinvented themselves as startup entrepreneurs to create Womanness and grow it into a powerful brand. Listen in to this conversation between Jacobs and CoveyClub founder Lesley Jane Seymour to learn how Jacobs reinvented herself, her top product recommendations during menopause, and the surprising insights she found in her research.
