86 Lisa King - A life without alcohol: My ultimate gift of self love

I have had the pleasure of talking to Lisa King about her journey: 
"I wanted and needed to know who Lisa was without the alcohol.  After my partners suicide and my subsequent breakdown, I needed to make a choice.  
Alcohol was my go to, to celebrate, to commiserate, if I was happy, if I was stressed.  I was at a crossroads, do I continue living the life behind the masks, with all the coping mechanisms, or do I choose the life of truly loving me, I CHOSE ME."
Lisa King is an International Speaker, TEDx Speaker, International Best Selling Author, Mentor and Clarity Trailblazer.  Lisa runs challenges, creates workshops, hosts events, creates courses.  Her passion is to empower and inspire people to fulfill their brilliance and live life on their terms.  Lisa has also been nominated for this years Pride of Britain Award.
Lisa's passion is to inspire our next generation as well as those who are capable of achieving so much more, they just need reminding of how amazing they are, to show them what they are capable of.

1.  It is all about you, others may not understand your journey, your reasons, your wants or your why.  As long as you do, You've Got This.
2. Our past does not define who we are, take one step at a time and change your future by living in the present.
3. Remember your why, when you have challenges, be ready for them, plan ahead, you can do it
