On this episode of the SBWH Podcast Jill & Dan are discussing the importance of organic food to our health as well as the environment. The definition of organic is, 'to grow naturally, as nature intended' and we as humans are bound by these laws of nature.

So seeing as though so many of us disregard this fundamental truth when it comes to the food we consume,  it will come as no surprise to hear that there are over 2 billion overweight adults globally, with that number on the rise.

This constant state of being over fed and under nourished is killing the human race, it is also destroying Mother Nature. It is imperative that we get back to organic farming practices so that we can become healthy and undo the damage we have done to planet Earth.
