Luke McKenzie is an Australian professional triathlete. In this episode we talk about Luke's 2nd place finish at the Ironman World Champs, his best and worst races and the training leading into them. Luke was one of my favourite athletes growing up and so on a personal note this chat meant a lot to me. Also it was a nice follow up to expand on some stories we heard in last weeks episode with his wife Beth McKenzie that add another layer to their story.
