That feeling of "I should be doing something more productive right now" when we're working to prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional health. Understanding that it's not selfish to prioritize yourself is the first step.
Let's reframe guilt in three ways.
- Doing more doesn't mean we're providing more value.
- Understanding the root cause of the guilt can be an important step.
- The excuses you're using are the EXACT reason you have to put yourself first!
