America and Theresa start a new series about some of the most intrusive thoughts and this one is centered around thoughts of being a failure. They both start by remembering how they discovered that they had intrusive thoughts and what that looks like for them. There is a discussion about what their intrusive thoughts look like when they are at their best and at their worst, the feelings of imposter syndrome and checking assumptions.
