In this episode, Dr. Graham Taylor speaks with Jerry Barone from Effective School Solutions (ESS) about children’s mental health and preparation for the fall semester. Together they discuss the prevalence rates in children’s mental health, services, and the best practices available to the school to address the needs of students, and finally the warning signs that parents and teachers should be aware of. This is a good time for teachers to be getting back and putting their focus on students to recognize signs and symptoms. Let’s do things to enhance the environment and keep kids in the classroom.
