This chant, Spirit and Nature, by Paramahansa Yogananda, was always played before the Kriya Initiations in which I was able to participate.
Due to the support of our Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship Students and our Kriya Yoga Patreon Community, I've been able to spend some time recording this sacred music.
It is my intention that you will be able to listen and chant along with this music before your own meditation practices, to help you move more fully into the process. This chant can also be played at the beginning of each day, to remember what is true.
One purpose of this chant is to set the intention to perceive and experience all as God, both Spirit and Nature. In that realization, oneness is obvious.
