Episode 7 dives into weight gain after weight loss. Many people who lose large amounts of weight experience and struggle with regaining weight. This episode finds us talking about how Jacqueline went from healthy weight loss to some somewhat unhealthy and "extreme" measures to try and get that number on the scale to continue downward and reach her lowest weight. These unhealthy weight loss tactics coupled with trying to recover from excess skin removal surgery led Jacqueline down the road of gaining weight once again. We talk about what was going on and how she came to realize this and how she knew it was time again for some changes and to try and start losing weight in a healthy manner after all. We talk about why and how it is so difficult for so many people to open up and admit that "yes" they have actually gained after being at their lowest point. We hope that this episode can help you if you find your self in a similar place in overcoming the challenge of regaining weight. Our hope is that by discussing these difficult to talk about topics that our listeners can look within themselves and be open and honest about what they may be experiencing so that they can realize that it's never too late to fly and make those changes that may be needed to live our best lives possible.

Jacqueline has an incredible journey to share. She found herself weighing over 500 pounds followed by losing more than 300 pounds. She has also gone through several skin removal surgeries. Jacqueline started sharing her Journey in 2016 and has yet to look back. She is has had her story shared with many national and international media outlets. She is looking forward to the podcast being a place where she can spread her words of encouragement as well as share some of the details that have gotten her to where she is today.
