In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Assistant Professor of Kinesiology & Sport Sciences at the University of Miami, Bryan Mann. It's almost 5 years since I last spoke to Bryan on the podcast in episode 24 and lots has changed for Bryan in that time. He has moved from the University of Missouri to the University of Miami but is still one of the go-to-guys when it comes to velocity based training (VBT). I have used the discussion points used back in our 2015 chat to get a bit of an update on some of the same things. Bryan is a fantastic speaker and I really enjoyed this episode, I just can't believe its taken me 5 years to get him back on.
I hope you enjoy this episode with Bryan Mann.
