I naturally have a contrarian view on almost everything I come into contact with. Sometimes it has served me well and I have learned that even if you don’t necessary have a contrarian personality there is much to be gained by taking different perspectives on common views and ideas. This is particularly true when I chat with clients about their spot in their market. Are they the dominant company in their marketplace or a minor nuisance?
