This week we have Abigail Lydon joining us to discuss the positive outlook on life she has maintained and its impact on her day to day life. Abigail is nineteen years old, a sophomore at A&M, and planning to go to medical school. She shares a little bit about her health and the ups and downs that took place. She eventually was able to get to a place of functioning and has been focusing on Crossfit since (which kept her attention out of all the other sports). Abigail has maintained a positive outlook on life through trials and hardships. She always puts forth effort to get better and continually progresses.
