Kyla and Robby started the 6 Week Challenge almost two months ago. They didn’t allow the obstacles and changes that have happened recently to deter them. During the 6 Week Challenge they worked together as a couple and encouraged one another. They have successfully completed the 6 Week Challenge and reached their goals. Kyla lost 11.2lbs and 3.7%; while Robby cut 17lbs and 6.1% body fat. Both are great examples of sticking to a plan during school, work, and obstacles in daily life during the pandemic. They have felt more confidence and much better mentally through improving their physical fitness.
