This week we are joined by Dr. Michael Bassis to talk about vision.
We discuss vision in the workplace and at home. How do we focus on long term vision when the day-to-day tasks take up so much of our time? How can leaders successfully communicate their vision to their team? Is it possible to ensure our vision remains intact even after we leave our position or organization?
Michael Bassis is the former President of Westminster College, Olivet College, and New College. He was also the Provost of Antioch College. He received his BA from Brown University in Sociology and holds a PhD in Sociology of Education from University of Chicago. In retirement, he has begun painting.
