In today’s episode I’m flying solo and challenging you ponder an important question -- Is it fact or is it thought? I’ll dive into how the question helped me navigate some hard emotions around transitions this week, how problems and the present cannot exist together and share an exercise I learned to disrupt my headspace when I’m struggling with ‘what if’ moments that are no longer serving me. My hope is these questions, thoughts and exercises will inspire you to take action in your own life and maybe leave you feeling a little more empowered to stay the course!
