《脱口秀大会》第四季结束了，童漠男凭借出色的表演收获了很多粉丝，走在路上也会被人认出来。他笑称，这应该是源自于自己的相貌比较有特点。

当他说自己是日谈公园的听众、并且是听了日谈的节目才走上了脱口秀的道路时，小伙子还是觉得很惊讶。小时候因为注意力缺陷的问题，他转过七次学，在这个过程里他也找到了如何融入一个新群体的方式。长大后从英语老师到全职脱口秀演员，这一路走来看似顺风顺水，但是掌握舞台并不是那么简单的事，从情感上得到听众的共鸣与真诚准确地自我表达之间也需要达到平衡。

他说自己很幸运，没想到光凭讲笑话就可以站在这么大的舞台上表演。想起小时候班里开联欢会，坐在台下的他也想登台表演，可是自己不会唱歌不会跳舞，而现在凭借着脱口秀，他可以了。
