The narcissist character assassination is designed to annihilate you psychologically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and sometimes, physically. Narcissistic personalities think in severe black and white. To them, you are either all good or all bad. Once a narcissist pulls you off of the pedestal they once put you on, they will often launch some sort of character assassination against you.
