So, I was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 29… And while it’s true that people with ADHD struggle executive function, organisation, and planning, I personally believe I’m productive because of my ADHD, not in spite of it. So, in today’s episode, I wanted to clear up some of the biggest misconceptions I see around about ADHD, and some of the biggest lessons ADHD has taught me about productivity along the way.
