The question here is about music and if Om Swami can say something about it and share his thoughts.
Om Swami says that there is continuous music in nature. Music is knowledge of one’s soul. Irrespective of whether we understand it or not the musical notes and tempo reaches our soul. When people listen to modern day’s music they shake or tap their legs vigorously and when they listen to classical music it’s a gentle shake of their heads. One strengthens the tamas aspect (ignorance) and the other the sattva aspect(goodness) in us.
Om Swami says, that there is music in the creation of this universe, in its preservation and in its destruction. When creation first started there were only three notes - A-U-M and this later became AUM. As there were only three notes there are only three Gunas( attributes). Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. There are only three states of being- Jagrukt, shushupt and swapna. And only three main planes of existence- Bhoor, Bhuvah and Svah.
Om Swami says that when two attributes came together the third was born and creation went ahead. He further says that if a person does not have the capability of doing meditation he can learn music. Music has the power to make a person reach all levels of consciousness. A person who learns music will surely feel a change in their consciousness and they can attain samadhi the same way a devotee does. Music is such an integral part of all religions that it has a place right at the very place of worship.
Om Swami further brings our attention to the fact that we are all so bound by music that even if we don’t know anything about music, if, there is one discordant note, our ears will realize it immediately.
Music is equivalent to juice or essence. When Krishna came to earth he picked up the flute. He saw that we need regulations, knowledge, social conventions, and ideals but this life surely needs a tune too. And if a person starts to live his life in tune then one will not even know when the night ended and the day has begun.

"From the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep, you unceasingly feel such sensations. That is the state of Samadhi. This is my personal experience and anyone can experience it too if they are willing to work for it. Just like ripples are only formed in water and not on the ice, your state of bliss is frozen when in Samadhi. " https://os.me/samadhi-meaning-state-and-the-truth/
