Do you have a fear of abandonment, rejection, intimacy, neglect, or something else?
I did, and after a sequence of unexpected events, I was made aware of just what those fears were, where they stemmed from, and how they were running my life. Not all fear is bad — you have to survive somehow, right. But, once they become the foundation for your belief systems, decisions, actions, identity, and more you may be harming or limiting yourself and/or others more than anything else.
It takes a deeply honest look as well as the right tools to identify, navigate, and heal your fears. And this episode dives into these very methods.
