Welcome to the first episode of a new series! Over the next few episodes we're going to be talking about #Moderation365, which is an approach to eating that eliminates the "on plan"/"off plan" mentality and teaches us how to eat in a way that's satisfying 365 days a year.
Today I'm sharing what moderation really means, why I don't think anyone needs to lose weight (but if that's your goal, I get it), and my own history with dieting — or lack thereof.
If you're interested in learning more about the approach to nutrition, jump on the waitlist for my new Ditch the Diet Drama group program at kellybryantwellness.com/nutrition. In today's episode I also referenced past episodes with Kara Trochta (Ep. 19) and Christi Brown (Ep. 8).
