Ep. 54: Working Out at Full Intensity Until Your Due Date is Harmful
This is the episode where I try to make amends for what many fitness experts tell you regarding working out until you give birth (myself included). Bragging that you did burpees or ran a 5K the day before labor may be great social media content, but is it really the best for a productive labor?
