“It takes courage to be able to do plant medicine.” - Nick Onken
I am flying high after my last retreat in Tulum, Mexico, and today I am sharing my experience with not only my own personal metamorphosis through the guided use of plant medicines but also co-hosting one of these powerful events for the first time with my spiritual co-creator, the wonderous and mythic E11even, who has been featured in past episodes of the show.
We are all on our own paths and it is my pleasure to be able to share a piece of my journey with you in the hopes that you might find something useful or relevant in my story. In this episode, I talk about more of my recent experiences with plant medicine and the purpose behind these spiritual journeys. I also talk about plant medicine as a beautiful tool to help us know ourselves better and to work through past trauma. The impact of working with plant medicines is wide-reaching and is having a profound effect on my relationship with the world. I dive into those effects in this episode.
Listen in to learn how to accept the uncomfortable side effects of plant medicines and how recent experiences with plant medicine have opened my eyes to the world around us.
