The call to arms is a reminder to take care of themselves first; to seek pleasure, health, and joy without limits, so they can share the excess with the rest of the people in their lives.
We talked about women's work, and why so much of it is considered "non-optional." We talked about equity and misogyny even in the plant-based and vegan worlds. And we spoke about the human impulse to be strict even when stricture is counterproductive.
