Welcome to the Faith In Each Other Podcast. If we are going to have faith in each other, we believe we need to be willing to have hard conversations, and that is what we aim to do on this show as we learn together and go through the journey together of seeing where we, as a society, have gone wrong and where we have gotten it right.
In today's episode, Tom, David, and Jordan discuss if and why being a Democrat or Republican really matters. Republicans and Democrats differ substantially over several factors, including faith, freedom, health, and hobbies, but there is hypocrisy on both sides. For example, Herschel Walker is running for Senate as a pro-lifer even though he has personally supported two abortions from past relationships, while John Fetterman is running for Senate claiming ‘no impairment’ even though he is clearly experiencing issues from his recent stroke. How can we continue to have faith in each other when we see people defend both sides in such a delusional way that only being a Republican or a Democrat is what matters?
We hope today's conversation encourages you in your journey to have hard conversations and most importantly...to listen to others around you.
