Get in great shape… and don’t turn into a hermit, grinding out the days… actually enjoy yourself!
This is a large part of why I want to publish all the free material I do… because you need, yes, need to do this.
What is the point of getting in great shape by depriving yourself, hating each second of the day and feeling like crap. You bounce back and have a fat re-bound that has you looking like a puffer fish within weeks of kicking the bucket on your diet.
