Carly and Ian Blessing met while working together as sommeliers at The French Laundry in the Napa Valley. After having kids, they decided alcohol wasn't in their plan anymore, so they ditched the booze and never looked back. Now they create an award-winning range of flavorful and functional cocktail bitters in Chico, CA, made entirely by hand from organic and wild foraged botanicals, without any alcohol.

Carly & Ian have a heart to serve the non-alcoholic community and give back regularly with their expertise, recommendations & kindness.
