EP195 Building Confidence Means Owning Your Feelings Avoiding Manipulation Gaslighting and Blaming
Welcome to Episode 195 where we get serious about a very important part of taking responsibility: and that is owning your feelings and taking responsibility for honoring them and not leaking them out on others. It involves acknowledging and accepting your emotions without letting them control your behavior or manipulate others.
In this episode, we will explore the importance of emotional ownership in healthy relationships and communication. We will discuss the negative consequences of leaking feelings, manipulating, gaslighting, blaming, and acting out, and how these behaviors can harm our relationships and our own well-being.
