In this episode, I discuss how we have to regulate the nervous system in order to heal anything such as anxiety or past traumas. Without regulating the nervous system, our emotional triggers will just keep firing.
I get into the difference between coregulation and self-regulation and how you can't learn to self-regulate until you have had safe coregulation.
