I immediately thought it was being relaxed. 

What are the consequences of telling someone that is feeling stressed or anxiousness to "just relax"? 

The opposite of stress & anxiousness is actually mindfulness & presence. 

How good are you at remaining present & mindful when you are feeling stressed & anxious?
