You worry and you stress, 

You toss and you turn. 

Your mind wants to figure it out. 

You think if you create, 

A perfect linear plan, 

You’ll eliminate all of the doubt. 

PAUSE

But take just a moment, 

To slow down and breathe, 

Release your grip from the goal. 

What’s meant for you,

Will not miss you,

So relax…let go of control. 

LONG PAUSE

Start by moving your gaze,

From outward to in, 

Come deep inside to your soul. 

Just sit here for a bit, 

And let the stillness open,

A space to just be with your goal. 

PAUSE

Imagine you’re holding,

This vision of desire, 

Like a delicate flower in your hands. 

Focus your attention,

On the textures, the scents,

Your energy at it expands. 

PAUSE

Just like the flower, 

Your desire will bloom,

At its own time and pace.

Surrender to the process,

And show up each day,

In action with love and grace. 

PAUSE

Your stillness will reveal, 

Your why and your truth,

And all the answers you seek. 

You won’t need to force,

The blossoming of your flower,

You’ll be shown the technique. 

PAUSE

So take just a moment, 

To slow down and breathe, 

Release your grip from the goal. 

What’s meant for you,

Will not miss you,

So relax…let go of control. 

LONG PAUSE

Swim in the visions, 

The waves of your desires, 

You’re worthy of all that you wish. 

Do the hard work, 

Then hand it all over, 

The Divine will help it flourish. 

PAUSE

It will not be easy,

The line’s never straight,

It rarely will come as you expect. 

But hold it in your heart, 

And show up everyday, 

The timing is always perfect.
