Leila's Bio, in her own words.

My name is Leila, and I am a therapeutic coach passionate about helping my clients to find their purpose, transform their pain, refine their self-confidence, and passionately live the life they want. I have a Master's degree and PsyD-student in Clinical Psychology, licensed as a Psychological Trainee, Master level life coach, certified mindfulness trainer, and AhHa Healer.

I recently left the corporate world of behavioral health, to pursue my passion and focus on my ability to creatively and holistically work with my clients. After 12 years of working in behavioral health, ranging from early childhood, special education, adolescent treatment center, behavioral health hospitals, and private practice, I am taking by 12-years of training, my gypsy soul, and wild and free heart to reach as many as I can to help them embrace their stories, find their calling, and create balance in ALL areas of their life and being.

I recently also followed my heart and moved to the mountains, to a small little mountain town that makes my heart sour. I provide services via Telehealth and in-person training/workshops.

I am also a passionate and joyous woman and mother of four wonderful children ranging from 24 to 16 years old, I love being outside, adventuring in new places, fine food and wine, and a delicious mug of java as often as possible. I believe in balance - the balance of work, life, self, relationships, and authentic expression of emotion and purpose.
