Lakysha is a purposeful leader with professional experience of over 30 years leading high-performing teams in Customer Service, Call Center, Marketing Event Management and Technical Support environments.

Born and raised in Brooklyn,NY as a child who experienced foster care and eventually adoption, Lakysha understands what it means to live paycheck to paycheck, feel excluded and to be weary of how her life would turn out.

Lakysha believes the keys to success are making a personal connection with your teams by finding out what motivates someone, being your authentic self by sharing the experiences that helped to shape who you are today and finding ways to connect with people with positivity, excitement & inspiration. This approach will only lead them to tap into their personal best and follow their dreams. As a breast cancer survivor, Lakysha is highly engaged with efforts to raise funds for advanced research to eradicate the deadly disease so that men and women can live their lives without worrying about it. Since being diagnosed September 2018 and now in remission, Lakysha has been featured on WTKR-CBS, a featured speaker for Chesapeake Regional Hospital and partnered with the American Cancer Society on many initiatives as a top fundraiser and engaged participant & advocate.
