That energy exchange becomes a gift, and if it's a gift to them, it must have been a gift to you from the start because you were able to give it. This perspective teaches us that everything is not just one thing. You can experience something negative, but your choice determines whether you stay in that negativity or rise above it.

We're here to expand the love frequency, to be the rising tide that elevates positive energy. It's not about whether something is inherently good or bad; it just is. What truly matters is what you decide to do with it, how you perceive it, and how you allow it to change how you feel.
