I love goals.
They are a powerful way to focus our attention and to help us to stay motivated to take action.
At the exact same time the moment we create a goal we are also creating expectations. We now are claiming something that we want to happen which means we have also opened ourselves up to being disappointed by not meeting the goal.
This week, as we start the Mini-Tool Series, I share with you the simple phrase I add to the beginning of all my goal statements which makes sure I am not adding pressure to my life by having the goal.
I also share a simple way to tap with this phrase which will make it even easier to consistently take action towards your goal.
