• It all starts with your thoughts and memories: unlocking the emotional ties to memories helps release unwanted or stuck energy.  The systems of the body refer to memories, be it real, imagined or inherited.

• Burnout is often a stop along the way, not a destination: Our adrenals can go into lack after going into overdrive.  Providing the right environment for healing and positive energy can help the adrenals level out, a key post menopause.

• You don't need to relive trauma to heal from  it and release it: PNEI techniques can be done if you don't remember the trauma or have blocked it out, they can also be done if you know the trauma points.  BUT, you don’t need to revisit the pain.  PNEI is all about releasing the energy from the incident.
