168. Siris Raquel: Empowering Communication & Power of the Pause

This week I sit down with Siris Raquel, someone who so beautifully brings together the pragmatic and energetic side creating a life you love. She has a background as a life coach, speech-language pathologist, learning-behavioral specialist, & therapeutic energy worker. She reminds us that communication is way more than just what we speak to each other but also how we speak to ourselves and the power of the pause. She also shares the importance of connecting with our body and how we can use that connection to live our most aligned, fulfilling, and present life!
