We also believe we are billions of separate beings - which fosters a sense of tribalism and a distrust of "the other". It may look like there are cars, houses and separate people - but that is how we experience reality when it is filtered through the human mind. Space & time are not fundamentally real - they are like a VR headset we have put on. Furthermore, he says cutting edge mathematics and science show that there are not billions of separate beings, but there is one infinite Being - and we are all avatars of that.
