After ending a long-term relationship & engagement at age 35, Cande has committed to owning who she is with confidence and authenticity.
Cande is also a Life Coach for Latinas & WOC who are ready to drop the societal conditioning and live life on their own terms. Her mission is to do her part in helping raise the collective consciousness of the world!
This week's convo is all about starting over. Cande shares her own journey of starting over after ending a long-term relationship. She also talks about her decision to stop drinking alcohol & how it played a role in her relationship.
Cande shares the challenges & fears she experienced after walking away from her engagement & how she was able to heal from a long-term breakup and why choosing yourself is so important.
Ending a relationship isn't an easy decision to make. And not every relationship out there is a toxic and/or abusive... but that doesn't mean you shouldn't walk away from a healthy relationship that is no longer serving you.
