今天我想討論一下烏克蘭軍隊最近在庫爾斯克地區的反擊行動。有人形容這次的軍事行動為「圍魏救趙」，即是說，透過在庫爾斯克地區的反擊，迫使俄羅斯在烏克蘭東部佔領區的部隊要調配到去重新防守庫爾斯克這一部分。

但實際情況比起簡單的「圍魏救趙」要複雜得多。今天我想和大家分享幾點，包括庫爾斯克這次反攻行動的象徵意義，以及它可能對克里姆林宮構成的心理壓力。
