I'm baaaack. Again. 🤦♀️ Turns out I have, and will, take sporadic breaks from the podcast. Not because I *want * to. But because sometimes I flirt with burnout and I need to.
I missed you. Big time. And I'm so glad to be back with you right as we close out the year...
And I'm bringing a real gentle re-entry 😜 to you this week on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast; we're talking about hope vs. hopelessness, with a strong nod towards expectations.
I've found myself caught up in hope, and not in the good way. Having high expectations and then feeling disproportionately bummed out when things go awry. I know I'm not alone in this; I'm hearing you.
And although I have no answers for you this week (and, honestly, I never look to bring you anything overly prescriptive, because only YOU know what you want and need), I DO want to talk about it with you. Let's explore hope together. I'd like that. 💜
