No, I'm not going to explain what the title of this week's podcast means - like all the best things in life, you're going to have to put in a little (effortless) work to find out... the effortless work being to listen through to the end of this week's episode!!

And, as I said, we're talking about the best things in life, we really are.

For starters, this week's episode picks up on our last two: how the normal mind doesn't know what's going on and doesn't know what to do: what choices to make, what decisions to take, what option to opt for...
