In this short episode of my daily running podcast, I wanted to firstly wish everybody who is running the London Marathon tomorrow the BEST of luck!
My next few months of training are going to be focused on speed training, with a view to seeing how close to 20 minutes I can achieve for 5km at our local parkrun!
