On this episode of my daily running podcast, I wanted to share some of my experience of working with hypermobile runners. Many of us have to stretch regularly to keep our muscles from getting overly tight in key areas... but there are some more 'bendy' runners out there who certainly don't want for range of motion; in fact these runners have too much of a good thing, if anything. Their challenge is teaching their body to control the available movement around key joints. For hypermobile runners, strength and stability work is key!
