#8 Proper Breathing, Yoga Every Day, Reducing Stress & Pretty Toes with Tye Fielding in Talalla
Talalla (South Sri Lanka) based Yogini Tye Fielding started practicing yoga over a decade ago. The physical and 'feel good' aspect got her on the mat but in 2013 - during her first trip to India - her yoga experience changed in something way more profound. The combination of meditation, pranayama and asana got her hooked and from that moment on she decided to devote her life to practicing and teaching yoga.
The Yoga Nomad meets Tye at the Talalla Retreat where she is one of the Head Teachers and planners. They dive deep into the importance of a daily practice, the effects of stress in the world, the (para) sympathetic nervous system, the combination of Surf & Yoga and how compassion is the unwritten rule of life.
