#78 The Wound is Where the Light Enters. Why I am Grateful for My Eating Disorder

In this episode, I share what I learned from my decade-long battle with an eating disorder. I have come to believe that it happened FOR me not TO me, so I could be the person I am today. If you are in the middle of a struggle with food I know how difficult it is to think that any good could come out of it when it is causing so much pain. But hopefully, this episode will plant a seed of possibility for what's available on the other side of healing.
