I understand why that question is so often asked. In most tapping trainings you are taught that your tapping phrases need to be as specific as possible to get the most out of tapping.

This concern is compounded when you hear an experienced tapper effortlessly come up with what seem to be the perfect phrases.

In reality, there is no such thing as the "exactly right words" to tap along to. The words themself aren't magic.
