日谈主播李叔、小伙子和武束衣一向是武侠电影的爱好者，本期节目非常荣幸的请到了《绣春刀》系列电影的武术指导，刚刚获得第54届台湾电影金马奖最佳动作设计奖的桑林先生，为我们分享电影里的武打动作是如何设计出来的。从“武术指导”这个概念是如何诞生聊起，梳理从邵氏时期开始电影中武术设计的各种风格，洪金宝、袁和平、元奎等人的武术设计有何不同之处，李小龙 、成龙、李连杰、甄子丹这些功夫巨星的动作戏又有何区别，而后详细探讨《绣春刀》系列电影的武术设计理念，从兵器设计到打斗场面，如果你对武侠电影也有一份爱，一定会听得过瘾。
