Amy Gamellia Scarl experienced intense postpartum depression (PPD) after the birth and traumatic delivery of her baby.  Instead of initially addressing these emotions, she buried them until she broke.  Ever since, she has rebounded on a path to greater mental health and has created a support network for mothers who may be experiencing the perils of PPD.
